Case managers of the American Alliance Foundation are well versed in the legal mandates of Title 22, the laws that govern all RCFE (residential care facilities for the elderly) and have personally toured and established relationship within the Senior Industry.

The team will work with you, your family, and friends to offer education on all the care options that will be most appropriate for the needs, safety, and integrity of the individual while staying within your budget. 

Personal Assessments: We feel that medical charts are important to read through so that medical needs are met, however, the personality of the individual is determined through an in-person meeting.

Locating a care facility that has like-minded residents with similar care needs is important for the mental health of the individual. For example; an alert individual moving into a facility with residents with severe dementia is inappropriate, even if the home is 'perfect'.
